Sexual self-control, meaning the management and control of sexual desires and behaviors, is of particular importance in maintaining the health and strength of the family. This research aims to investigate sexual self-control educational strategies in family behaviors from the perspective of the Quran and traditions, and has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. The main goal of this research is to explain the position of sexual self-control in family behaviors and to provide practical solutions to strengthen it in family. The findings of this research show that sexual self-control educational strategies can be categorized into three cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual areas. Cognitive strategies include strengthening religious beliefs, recognizing the effects and consequences of sexual sin, and increasing awareness of provoking factors. Behavioral strategies include reducing unnecessary contact with those not being mahram, avoiding inappropriate mixing, controlling gaze, and managing media use. Spiritual strategies include prayer, piety, and strengthening the relationship with God. The results of this study indicate that sexual self-control plays a fundamental role in family behaviors, and by observing it, one can help maintain family privacy, raise children properly, and strengthen marital relationships.
